MaOI Project is an initiative aimed at establishing a global hub for the Blue Economy, which balances the promotion of marine industries with the conservation of the marine environment. From Shizuoka Prefecture, renowned for its diverse marine resources such as Suruga Bay and Lake Hamana, and driven by marine biotechnology and other Blue Tech innovations, this initiative aims to foster and create diverse industries that harness these abundant marine resources.
